- Send proof. Provide a copy of your receipt and clear photos of the issue to [email protected]
- Fast resolution. In most cases, we only need photos — no need to ship the radiator back.
- If a return is required, we’ll issue an RA# with instructions to complete the process.

What’s Covered
- 
Lifetime Warranty – All Cold-Case radiators are guaranteed to be free from material and workmanship defects for the lifetime of the radiator. 
- 
60-Day COOL Guarantee (from date of purchase) – If your Cold-Case Radiator® does not keep your vehicle cooler than your previous radiator, you may return it for a refund (minus shipping). 
Before Installation
To ensure warranty coverage:
- 
Inspect your purchase immediately for damage or incorrect parts. 
- 
If you discover an issue, contact us right away with: - 
A copy of your receipt 
- 
Photos of the damaged or incorrect parts 
 
- 
Note: If installation has already started on damaged or wrong parts, ownership is assumed, and replacement will be at Cold-Case’s discretion.
Installation Requirements
- 
Perform a complete system flush before filling the radiator. 
- 
Use green premixed 50/50 coolant. 
- 
Mock-fit and test-fit the radiator kit before removing any blue protectant film before permanent installation. 
- 
Do not: - 
Modify the design or function of the radiator 
- 
Attach fans or accessories directly to the core 
- 
Subject the radiator to abuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair 
 
- 
Failure to follow these guidelines may void your warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- 
Obtain a Return Authorization (RA#): -

Call 844-732-5265. 
 
-

Provide Proof of Purchase – A copy of your original receipt is required. 
- 
Inspection Process – Once returned and inspected, Cold-Case may repair or replace the radiator. 
Shipping & Returns
- 
In most cases, we only require clear photos of the issue instead of having you ship the radiator back. - 
This helps us process your claim faster and saves you unnecessary shipping expenses. 
 
- 
- 
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from Cold-Case). 
- 
Radiators must be clean and flushed before return. 
- 
Cold-Case does not provide call tags or reimburse shipping. 
- 
If a product has been discontinued, we may replace it with: - 
A comparable model at no charge, or 
- 
An upgraded model, with the customer paying the difference. 
 
- 
60-Day COOL Guarantee Details
- 
The 60-Day COOL Guarantee applies within 60 days of the date of purchase. 
- 
If performance is not as expected, contact us first to troubleshoot with a Cold-Case staff member. 
- 
If no solution is found, you may return the radiator for a full refund (less shipping). 
- 
Refunds are only processed directly through Cold-Case unless authorized for return through your dealer. 
Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- 
Labor costs to remove or reinstall the radiator 
- 
Vehicle loss, rentals, or towing expenses 
- 
Transfer or resale of the product (warranty is non-transferable) 
All products are otherwise sold “AS IS.” If any term of this warranty is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
Remember: Installing and filling the radiator with coolant signifies acceptance of the product.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
