This radiator is a nicely built unit. It is a 2-core but the cores are oversized, so it should cool more effectively than any other radiator currently available for the ZJ. The side tanks are fabricated to have curved corners (unlike the usual sharp square ones) and the larger aluminum surfaces are buffed shiny. Installation is not easy, though. The radiator inlet (top driver side) is farther in than factory and interferes with the fan shround and required heavy trimming of the shroud with a dremel. Also requiring small amounts of trimming on the shroud were the areas by the oulet (bottom passenger side) and by the filler neck, to get it to sit flatly. I also ground some of the shroud by the steering box since it made contact there. Overall I would recommend this radiator due to the cooling capacity and build quality.

Nice packaging, Great radiator with good looking welds, Cools the 5.2 very well.
I knew it was not going to be a direct fit going in by reading reviews. The factory radiator is a chore to R and R in these Jeeps anyway. This radator is a tight fit in the Jeep and fits the stock mounts with some adjusments with the AC condensor and factory tow package trans cooler. The only fabrication mods I had to make were to the factory fan shroud to make it fit the radator. I used a Dremel and a hole saw to get the job done! The finished install looks good!

Great radiator, seems super solid, nice welds, and cools my jeep good right now. Thought it was direct fit but no
