Very high quality and a great value! I bought this radiator through AmericanTrucks.com since they had one day shipping. The difference between this radiator and my previous one is night and day. The last one I bought was a 3 row aluminum radiator from a competitor, paid $400 for it and only had a one year warranty. Lasted just over two years before three rows cracked off the end tank and started leaking.
This radiator, in contrast, has a lifetime warranty, but not only that, the build quality is way higher. The end tanks I believe are higher capacity too which helps with thermal mass for a big diesel truck.
Couple other things that set it apart from the competition: the inlet and outlet are full flow, meaning the end tank bulges out where the inlet/outlet goes rather than a flange just being welded halfway onto the end tank. I believe this difference alone makes the radiator better performing. Also the top and bottom rails have a relief cut to prevent them pulling the rows out of the end tanks with expansion and contraction. I believe this was the fatal flaw with my previous radiator which had beefier top and bottom rails but did not have the relief cutes.
There is also a lot more aluminum "solder" where the rows join to the end tanks than my other radiator and even though it looks a little sloppy because of it I believe it's a lot stronger bond. The polishing was not that spectacular and just looks like someone ran a buffer over it once and called it good, not a huge deal as someone that's picky could polish it further if desired, for my purposes it looked fine.
All in all I am extremely impressed with this radiator. I feel that it's nearly on par with mishimoto in terms of quality but at half the price.
