All Cold-Case Radiators® are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. They are guaranteed to fit and perform on their intended applications.

To submit a claim, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) by emailing [email protected] or calling 844-732-5265. A copy of your original receipt is required. Once received and inspected, Cold-Case may repair or replace the radiator. If a product has been discontinued, a comparable or upgraded model may be offered.

The warranty is non-transferable. Labor, removal/reinstallation, shipping costs, vehicle loss, rentals, and towing are not covered. Modifications, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs void this warranty.

Other than the coverage described above, all Cold-Case products are sold “AS IS.
